Powerful Report Writing capabilities are very important in an HRIS/HRMS. We have learned that through the years and we understand it completely. We have worked with many of the well known, commercial report writers over time. While many of them worked very well, they all had their strengths and weaknesses including being too complicated for HR people to able to write their own reports.

In 2002, we finally to decided to create our own Report Writer. We took the best features that we had seen in other Report Writers, combined them all into the specs for our own Report Writer, and then added quite a few more features that had been requested by our customers and that were missing in the others.

The result is a powerful, easy to learn, completely intuitive and very popular Report Writer. It is highly suitable for both technical and non technical Users. We call it Nyamba, meaning Not Your Average Major Business Application.

While it is easy to get up and writing reports within a few minutes in Nyamba, it doesn’t take long to be writing complex reports on your own. We also offer lots of on-going training for users to be able to achieve any skill level that they desire. Some people are casual reporters and others want to write very advanced reports.
