Standard (HRA Professional)

HRA Professional is the fully-featured standard Windows version of HRA for companies where the HR Department, the managers and the employees are all located in the same location, or are on a computer network connecting locations. HRA Professional has all the features that are standard to HRA (see feature list) plus the Nyamba Report Writer for creating custom reports. We are told that the reporting capabilities in Nyamba are unmatched in the industry. HRA Professional is very easy to install and to get up and running.

Web-Enabled (HRA Global)

HRA Global is a leading web-native HRIS solution for today’s progressive organizations. Built on Microsoft® technology, HRA Global provides access across the Internet for companies with multiple locations, branches or offices located around the city or around the world. HRA Global has all the same features as HRA Professional (see feature list).

The installation for HRA Global is hosted and maintained by your company at your location. HRA Global has an encrypted, secure database that ensure privacy and security for all data within HRA by providing access to the data only through HRA

Web-Enabled with SQL Server (HRA SQL)

HRA-SQL is an alternate version of HRA Global that employs the Microsoft® SQL-Server™ database. Many of our larger clients have standardized on SQL Server for the data for all their applications within the organization and therefore require that all company applications utilize MS SQL-Server. This allows the IT department to integrate HRA with other applications throughout the organization and to control and access the data outside of the HRA application.

Hosted/ASP/HRO (GoToEmployees.Com)

Some companies don’t want to host their HRIS themselves, for a variety of reasons. These reasons vary from no resources to no budget to no interest, etc. and they want us to host their HRA for them. For those companies, VP Software offers GoToEmployees.Com.

For a monthly subscription you get a hosted version of HRA Global under the website yourcompanyname.gotoemployees.com.

A subscription to GoToEmployees.Com provides you with this fully functioning, highly secure version of HRA that is maintained by VP Software’s highly experienced IT staff and is accessible from anywhere in the world, at any time. We handle all the technical side for you. All you have to do is manage the data and benefit from HRA, from anywhere in the world! All that is needed is a web-browser and a high-speed Internet Connection.

 


For these four versions of HRA, VP Software specializes in providing a very clear Implementation Planning Process (IPP) to ensure a successful implementation and a productive system. The IPP spells out the roles and goals for all parties involved in the implementation process and provides an excellent tool to work from.

In addition to the core components of HRA, there are 4 optional modules available:

  • Employee Self-Serve
    Give your employees the ability to view and/or change their own records within HRA. They can sign themselves up too so there is no HR administrative work involved when implementing this Module.
  • Open Enrollment with Forms Management
    During Open Enrollment employees can make their own informed choices for their own benefits using the HRA Open Enrollment Module, They can read what each benefit has to offer and what it costs and they can print off a full Benefit Statement when they are done.
  • On-Screen Performance Appraisal Forms
    Have your performance appraisal form converted and integrated into HRA so that it can be completed on-line. We can give you data and security in your form and have it fully integrated into the Performance Appraisal Scheduling Module within HRA.
  • Applicant Tracking
    Manage the applications to your company using the HRA Applicant Tracking Module. You can handle the applicants from initial enquiry through the interviewing process and then automatically hire them as an Employee all inside HRA (available in the Professional Version only).

 

 

Lite (HRA Personal Assistant)

HRA Personal Assistant is the smaller or "lite" version of HRA. HRA PA is perfect for smaller companies that have approximately 25-100 employees. A free, trial version of HRA PA is downloadable from this website (click here to download the trial). You can try HRA PA for up to 60 days FREE. At any point during that time you can purchase it and we will send you a key that unlocks the software and all the data that you have already entered so you can continue on effortlessly. HRA PA is an inexpensive way of getting an HRIS into your organization and becoming organized. Please know also that if your company or needs ever grow, there is a direct and easy upgrade path to any of the other versions of HRA and we will give you full credit for your HRA PA purchase towards your purchase of your next version of HRA.
